Hot100 Updates Building Approvals Decline

Northern Territory building approvals declined in the month of November according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

Forecasters were expecting the approvals to rise due to a cut to interest rates, but the data shows a 3.6% decline from October to November.

Victoria was the only state to buck the trend, recording an 8.7% increase.
