The Northern Territory Government has introduced a QuickPay station at the motor vehicle registry on Goydor Road to speed up the transaction process.
A $20 counter fee will be introduced at the MVR from July 1 this year, for transactions that can be made online or over the phone but the fee will be eliminated if customers use the new QuickPay system.
The system will see 2 iPads available for customer use which will have all the same functions as the MVR website including vehicle registration, and licence renewal.
