Darwin - Massive navy presence in Darwin under $70b injection

DARWIN could soon see more Australian naval vessels in its harbour but fewer armoured vehicles at Robertson Barracks with the forthcoming defence white paper putting a heavy emphasis on maritime power ahead of land forces.
